Which shipping methods are available?

Every single one. By default, we use standard shipping to keep the costs down. You can upgrade to express shipping or courier services, depending on the product. On some products, we might offer free shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

We do. Some products are available in multiple warehouses/print shops in Europe, the UK and the USA. So we ship your package from the business partner closest to you.

How long will it take to deliver my package?

It depends. We aim to process and deliver your order as fast as we can. Some products are quicker to deliver than others. By default, it’s 2-7 business days on standard shipping. For some products, it’s 7-15 business days. The shipping can be upgraded for a quicker delivery. Please check the available options on checkout.

Payment

Which payment methods are accepted?

All the standard ones. We use Stripe as our payment provider. By default, any major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also use your digital wallet, like PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay. Cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum or Solana are also accepted on some products. For some countries, we also accept local specialised payment services.

Is it safe to buy things online?

Only 99.9%. With technology, there’s always a chance of something going wrong. But that can happen online or offline. Generally speaking, yes. As long as you don’t go online shopping using free Wi-Fi, where some clever hacker might be waiting, you should be safe.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an order?

You press the “Place Order” button on the checkout page. Go to the page of the product you want to buy and add it to the cart. Then go to the checkout, fill in the delivery and payment details, and hit that big button to place your order at the end. You’ll get an order confirmation and another email once we ship your package. We might send you another email when the package is about to be delivered.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Please email us as fast as possible and include your order number. Depending on your typing speed and our partners’ efficiency, we might need to charge a cancellation fee.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope. You’re free to buy things from us as anonymously as possible.

How do I track my order?

With magic. Our emails will include the tracking details once we ship your package. You can also use our Order Tracking page. Order tracking might not be available when using free shipping.

How can I return a product?

We would prefer that you didn’t need to but if something went wrong, please check the instructions in the order confirmation email that we sent you.
